About product returns and exchanges

Returns and refunds at your convenience
Please contact us within 14 days after the item arrives. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will refuse it if it is more than 14 days. However, if it is convenient for you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. (If you return the item by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee.) If you order multiple items and want to return one of them, the refund amount is only that item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returns due to customer's convenience (different size, wrong order, different image, etc.). We will bear the return shipping fee, re-shipping fee, and refund fee.
We do not accept exchanges at your convenience, so please order again after completing the return procedure.
About refund method when returning
Refunds will be processed after the canceled / returned item arrives at our shop. In case of cancellation beyond the closing date of the credit card company, the refund will be made the following month or the month after next. Please contact each card company for details.
About exchangeIn principle, we do not accept exchanges at the convenience of the customer, so please order again after completing the return procedure.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
- 14 days or more from the date of arrival of the product
- Products that have been opened and used or have evidence of use
- If perfume, cigarettes, or other odors adhere to the product due to fitting, or if the product is damaged such as scratches, dirt, frayed threads, or deformation.
- Products that have been cleaned, washed, hem-repaired, etc.
- Products without tags or accessories
- Items for sale
- Items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear and stockings, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene issues.

Cancellation is possible before the order is confirmed. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.Therefore, if you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Since it is sold at multiple stores, it may not be possible to secure inventory depending on the timing of ordering.Please note that we will contact you by e-mail in the unlikely event that the ordered product is out of stock.
Precautions when returning
When you return the product, please send the box and accessories delivered with the product together. When returning the product, please use a courier service and be sure to keep a copy of the invoice. If you do not have the proof of shipment, we will not be responsible for any troubles such as loss or misdelivery during delivery. In addition, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
